Debra Russell
Debra Russell is a stained-glass artist from Chevy Chase, Maryland, in the process of relocating to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. She has built and custom designed stained-glass windows for approximately 30 years. Her work has been displayed in Maryland decorator showcase homes, eclectic home boutiques, and small art studios throughout the years.
