MARK INSCOE

Mark Inscoe is a local, born and raised in Wilmington. Mark has lived up and down the coast in his earlier years running kitchens for restaurants, but always staying close to the ocean. While growing up his family’s businesses were always based around animals which gave Mark a great respect and love of all animals. Mark now channels his creative talents into power wood carvings. His carvings are exquisite in detail and often depict marine life including coastal birds in flight or in motion. Egrets, sea turtles, dolphins, and seagulls are just some of the carvings he has created. Each work is signed and dated by the artist.
